Sunday in GR

It was a good day yesterday. Marg is here and we headed to church in the morning at Church of the Servant, meeting people we knew from days gone by and new people. Then I dropped by the orientation for new riders to see what I had missed. In the afternoon we went to the rally at the park they had trouble naming - 5th 3rd Park. The best parts of the service were Tyler Buitenwerf's emotional talk about his joureny with Sea to Sea before and after his injury. Kyle from Vancouver had composed a song about the trip and he played and sang it for the crowd. It was striking to see how apprecitive the sizeable crowd was of the cyclists and what we were doing. it was very impressive.

Today the 'newbies' ride. There is a sendof in 3 minutes that I need to head to as well.

Hello Pieter! Glad to hear (and see, courtesy of Margaret) that things are going well. Aside from the fall, you look to be having a great time! Keep rolling and hopefully we will be able to cheer you on in person when you roll through London this week.

Hey Pieter--Willemina here. If you have a chance, could you contact me? Not an emergency, per se, but an important decision needs to be made. Thanks!
